GUIDELINES

Only for personal use. The prices of the commission for commercial use will be agreed in private.
The resale of the product or the improper attribution of its authorship is strictly prohibited.
I may use the commissions for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified in the order form. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
I reserve the rights to refuse your commission. This will always be notified before accepting the order, but I can cancel it during the process due to circumstances of force majeure. In the latter case, the money will be returned in full.
The realization of the order will have a period of 2-3 weeks. Please note that this process could take longer due to external factors. In any case, you will be informed of any delay or inconvenience during the process. If more than 3 weeks have passed since the order was accepted, you can cancel it without any additional cost and the money will be refunded in full.
The cost of prioritizing your commission (making it preferentially or completing it before a specific date) will be 20% of the total price.

PAYMENT

The payment method will be made through PAYPAL and the requested currency will be DOLLARS (USD).
Exceptionally, payment will be made through BIZUM (only for Spanish customers).
Full payment of the commission will be requested BEFORE it is made. I will not start working on your order until there is a confirmation of payment.
If you decide to cancel the commission once the process has started, you will be refunded 80% of the total payment.

Fill in the order form with all the data requested. I will contact you within a maximum period of 3 days.
Once all terms have been agreed, I will send you a Paypal invoice. I will start working on your commission once the payment is complete.
Progress will be sent to you during the process. You can request all the changes you deem convenient in the sketch. However, any modification made once the lineart or coloring is started will add an extra 5% to the total cost.
After the commission is completed, I will send it to you via email.
